3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

No-shows will be charged in full or may be refused future bookings.

Some treatments may require medical history, patch tests, or health assessments.

You must notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications before your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe for you.
